Do you accept returns or refunds?
No. All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds.
Please review all product descriptions, photos, and sizing before ordering. Additionally, please inspect your product at the time of delivery.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at customerservice@yoodabomb.com with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We are happy to help resolve any issues. For orders that are delivered in person, please inspect your item fully and communicate any issues at the time of delivery.

Because orders begin processing quickly, we cannot guarantee cancellations once an order is placed.

Do custom orders require upfront payment?
Yes. All custom orders must be paid in full at the time of ordering — no exceptions. Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once the order is placed. Because your item is made specifically for you, production begins immediately.

What should I do if my package is marked delivered but I can’t find it?
If your order shows as delivered but is not located, please contact the carrier directly.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked delivered.
